Summary

Throughout 2025, Induct & Train, evolved from a powerful onboarding and training tool, into a mature compliance and operational control platform.

Releases focused on reducing operational friction, preventative safety and improving audit readiness. Alongside major new capabilities, we invested heavily in the foundations that protect customers as they scale.

In this blog we review the most important software updates from across the year, finishing with the most recent release 25.4.

1. DocsHub

Keeping Policies and documents up to date is a constant compliance risk. Outdated documents, unclear ownership and manual distribution leave organisations exposed during audits and incidents.

DocsHub removes that uncertainty. By giving you full control over your content, this module marked a clear shift. Induct & Train became a true compliance control system, not just a place to host content.

5. CSCS Smart Check

Checking CSCS cards at the gate is reactive and unreliable. Expired or invalid credentials are often spotted too late.

CSCS Smart Check validates credentials automatically, before workers arrive on site.

• Only workers with valid CSCS cards can gain access
• Expiry dates are monitored and flagged automatically
• Real-time checks block invalid card holders entering a site
• Site teams stay protected without extra admin

6.Data, foundations and usability

Throughout 2025, Induct & Train was continuously improved behind the scenes with improvements to data integrity, reporting and user experience.

Induct & Train release 25.4 focuses on strengthening how archived users, departments and alerts are handled. Making reporting clearer and guidance more accessible within the platform.

• The Job Role modules now easily analyse and filter users by job role in exports
• Quickly access support via new help links for admin and user guides
• Easily view the latest release notes directly within Induct & Train
• Clearly identify automated alerts and reminders to help teams stay on track.
