Summary
Induct & Train now includes DocsHub, a smart document library with version control to keep your documents organised and up to date. Our new Alerts & notifications dashboard helps teams stay on top of tasks with collaborative alerts and auto-resolve tracking.
We’ve also launched a cleaner, more intuitive user interface for select areas of the system, offering easier navigation. Plus, Induct & Go offers a flexible, credit-based way to deliver inductions, perfect for businesses that want to pay as they go.

DocsHub is your all-in-one document library, designed to keep everything organised, accessible, and in one place. With simple version control, permission settings, and full document history, staying compliant is easier than ever.

Alerts & Notifications
Notifications & Alerts keeps your team informed and in control with a smarter, more visual system for task management. Red and amber alerts highlight what needs urgent action and what’s important to know, so nothing gets missed.
Email notifications ensure you’re updated wherever you are, while the alerts dashboard gives full visibility in one place. Tasks can even auto-resolve once action is taken, keeping everything running smoothly.

Induct & Go
Induct & Go offers flexible, pay-as-you-go inductions so you only buy the credits you need, when you need them. Less commitment and your credits never expire, perfect for seasonal or irregular workforces. Quickly induct workers in minutes while keeping all records secure and up to date.

Other updates and fixes
site Variables
We’re introducing Site Variables — configurable smart text fields that automatically update based on the selected site. For example, you can insert a variable for “First Aid Kit Location,” and it will display the correct information for each site.
Form Modules
We’re introducing a new module type: Forms. You can now assign forms within an induction, allowing you to capture much more detailed information from users as part of the process.
Parent/child relationship change
We’re updating how records are managed. Going forward, a user’s profile will become the main record, rather than being tied to their first induction. This means even if an induction is archived, the user’s record will remain available and intact.
Report enhancements
We’re adding a range of new fields that will be available across reports throughout the system — giving you greater flexibility and deeper insights from your data.
‘Due by’ Date
We’re adding a new ‘due by’ date field for Training and docs— giving you more flexibility to set priorities and ensure timely progress.
