Looking for greater control and scalability, the team sought a digital platform that could simplify site management and ensure every worker was properly verified. The solution? Induct & Train.

Before switching to Keyzo, site creation and management were lengthy processes with limited control. Upon implementing Induct & Train, employees and site managers instantly gained full autonomy to create and manage sites independently, ensuring rapid setup for new projects and seamless oversight across all locations.

The transition to Keyzo’s system was quick and straightforward, allowing operations to continue smoothly. Site managers are now confident using the platform, describing it as intuitive and time-saving – a solution that genuinely makes their day-to-day work easier.

To achieve this, MWH Treatment’s Severn Trent region collaborated with Keyzo’s in-house development team to create a bespoke CSCS checker – an innovation that has significantly raised safety and compliance standards across the region.

Working closely with MWH Treatment’s digital and safety teams, Keyzo developed a custom API-based CSCS checker in just six weeks. The solution integrates directly into the induction process:

• Workers enter their CSCS card details when creating a profile.
• The system instantly validates each card via the API, automatically approving valid credentials.
• Site managers prompted to approve cases where expiry dates don’t match.

With around 3,500 workers requiring regular verification, the CSCS checker provides a scalable, reliable way to maintain standards across all Severn Trent sites. It is now easier to ensure mandatory valid CSCS cards are quickly approved for site access, reinforcing the region’s professional and safety-focused culture.

This project highlights the strength of collaboration between MWH Treatment’s Severn Trent region and Keyzo – combining operational insight with agile, in-house software development. The result is a bespoke solution that not only meets regional compliance needs but also simplifies daily processes for site teams and managers alike.
