How does Read & Sign work?

Read & Sign allows you to securely send, sign, and manage documents digitally. Simply upload your document, add the necessary signatories, and send it for signature.

The recipients will receive a notification with a link to sign electronically. Once all parties have signed, you’ll receive a completed document, and it’s stored safely for future reference.

Is Read & Sign truly unlimited?

Yes! Read & Sign offers unlimited signatures with select plans. You can send as many documents as you need and request signatures, all for one flat price with no extra usage costs.

Can I use Read & Sign on my phone?

Absolutely! Read & Sign is fully mobile optimised, allowing you to access, send, and sign documents directly from your smartphone or tablet.

Can I send documents to multiple people?

Yes, you can send documents to multiple people simultaneously. Just add all the recipients when setting up your document, you can add up to 20 with the business plan and 3 with the personal plan.

Can I have multiple signatories?

Yes, Read & Sign allows for up to 5 signatories on the same document. Once all signatures are collected, the document will be completed and available for download.

Can I have more than one user

Yes, you can add up to 50 on business plans, and hundreds with our enterprise plans. This allows you to collaborate with your team, manage documents together, and assign roles or permissions to each user as needed.

How do I login?

Every subscription gets a unique URL for security. You’ll receive it via email after signing up, along with a one-time password.

Example format: company-name@readsign.net

Your company name will be part of the URL and the system email address you receive notifications from. Example: info.companyname@readsign.net.
